I preformed a diagnostic on a Bryant air conditioner. Per customer there was a power surge yesterday. Found failed thermostat, if wires are jumped, system operates. Gave customer options, replaced thermostat.
I completed a diagnostic on a Air Conditioner. Found square d disconnect failed. Found capacitor failed. Gave customer options. Customer opted to replace. New full system going in the following Thursday.
I completed a diagnostic on an Air Conditioner. I determined that the drain was clogged. I cleaned the drain and the system was fully operational at time of departure.
I completed the job specifications for relocating the Carrier air conditioner. I gave the client an estimate for the relocation.
I found the inducer motor had failed. I informed the customer of my findings and told them that we would have to replace the motor just to see if anything else was wrong with the furnace.
